Today he uses those skills helping entrepreneurs start their new businesses. He assists technologists from New Mexico’s national laboratories, universities and federal research facilities turn their science into businesses. As a Director of Project Management at Technology Ventures Corporation John trains technologists to become entrepreneurs and helps them find venture funding for their endeavors.
An active member in Toastmasters, John also professionally coaches executives and clergy using his “Be Bold, Be Brilliant, Be Gone” methodology to help create more dynamic, relevant messages. He is a recognized expert in the economic development community, a popular speaker at the Center for Commercialization and Entrepreneurial Studies and the University of New Mexico.
