I’ve spent more than 30 years turning deep technology into real companies.
For twelve years I was President and CEO of Technology Ventures Corporation, the Lockheed Martin and Sandia National Laboratories commercialization organization. Our work helped catalyze more than 150 companies and $1.3 billion in venture financing. I later led InnovateABQ, Albuquerque’s downtown innovation district.
The last six years have been in energy. I helped bring the first commercial 800VDC microgrid to UL 9540 certification. Today I’m a founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer of LoadCrest, building power infrastructure for AI data centers.
My recent work centers on AI. I’ve set up and operate AI-enhanced operational repositories for three organizations: LoadCrest, an earlier energy technology venture, and a nonprofit. At LoadCrest, that system lets a five-person team work like a far larger one. I also co-founded Transcendeam, a community of practice studying team flow.
